What cookies we use

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to work properly and to understand basic usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.

Categories

• Essential: needed for the site and its features (such as the accessibility and chat widgets) to function.
• Analytics: anonymous, aggregate information about how the site is used, so we can improve it.
• Preferences: remembers accessibility settings you choose in the on-site widget, stored in your own browser.

Client portal storage

If you sign in to the client portal, your browser stores a small number of items locally so the portal can work securely. These are all essential — the portal cannot function without them:

• Session token: keeps you signed in after you log in, stored by our authentication provider (Supabase) in your browser.
• Sign-in preferences: whether you chose "Remember me," and when you signed in, so we can end your session when the browser closes or after 7 days.
• Trusted-device token: if you choose "Remember me," a random token that lets this device skip the emailed verification code for 7 days. It contains no personal information.

If you pay a bill online, secure payment fields are hosted by CPACharge, an 8am company. CPACharge may use essential browser storage or cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. See 8am's privacy policy.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site work, and clearing portal storage will sign you out of the client portal.
